What are the available sizes?
What is the return and exchanges policy?
We will accept return or exchange items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. Items cannot be returned after 14 days from the original purchased date. Items must be returned with all tags still attached and must be in their original packaging. Please let us know that you will be returning or sending the product for an exchange. Be sure to include your shipping tracking number in your email to urbankangster@gmail.com
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
We sure do! We proudly ship worldwide.
How long does it takes to receive my order?
Order processing time takes 1-3 business days before shipment. Deliveries can be much longer depending on your location. You can email urbankangster@gmail.com for specific shipping times.
What about custom fees?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
Will I get my order before _________?
If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.
Can I cancel/change my order/address?
Please email us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. Note that once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations for your order.
